Delivery, Shipping & Refund Policy
1. Seller and Scope
This Policy applies to orders placed through the Folk Art Technology Store operated by Soto Solutions Network LLC, doing business as Spell A Vision (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It covers the categories described below: existing Folk Art Technology physical pieces; Animated Folk Art Technology digital products; and Signature Folk Art Technology print-on-demand merchandise.
Product descriptions, order confirmations, and any separate written terms applicable to an individual order may provide additional details. Where applicable law gives a customer a right that conflicts with this Policy, applicable law controls. The store is a commercial offering distinct from Spell A Vision’s educational programs.
2. Before You Order
Please review the product description, specifications, dimensions, quantity, colors, compatibility (for digital products), delivery method, expected production and shipping dates, total price, and this Policy before submitting an order. Contact customercare@spellavision.com with questions before purchase.
We may contact you to clarify shipping arrangements or information needed to fulfill an order. Any special arrangements or exceptions must be confirmed in writing by the Company.
3. Existing Folk Art Technology Pieces — Physical Works
Folk Art Technology pieces offered in this category are already produced, although individual items may require preparation, packing, crating, or freight arrangements prior to dispatch.
Unless a particular product listing or written order confirmation states otherwise:
- Shipping is included in the listed price.
- Shipping is available only within the continental United States; we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- Estimated delivery is generally 4–6 weeks; the applicable dispatch/shipment timeframe will be stated at checkout or in the order confirmation.
- We may use UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, or another appropriate carrier based on the item's size, weight, destination, and carrier availability.
- Shipping insurance may be purchased at our discretion unless otherwise stated in writing.
All sales are final except for rights or remedies required by applicable law or expressly described in this Policy. We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Orders generally cannot be cancelled once item-specific preparation, packing, crating, or freight arrangements have begun, except where cancellation is required by law, including applicable shipment-delay rights.
4. Animated Folk Art Technology — Digital Products
Animated Folk Art Technology products are delivered electronically unless the listing or written agreement says otherwise. Unless a different timeline is disclosed at checkout or agreed in writing, delivery generally occurs within 10 business days after both payment and all required customer information are received.
Due to their custom or digital nature, these sales are generally final once work has begun or the digital product has been delivered. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered after that point except as required by law or expressly agreed in writing. If a digital file is missing, corrupted, or inaccessible through a delivery error attributable to us, contact customer care so we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide access or a corrected file.
5. Signature Folk Art Technology — Print-on-Demand
Signature Folk Art Technology merchandise may be printed or manufactured only after an order is submitted and may be fulfilled by a third-party provider. Estimated delivery is generally 10–30 business days, unless otherwise disclosed for the item; the separate estimated shipment timeframe will be shown at checkout or in the order confirmation.
We do not ordinarily accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect size, color, style, customer ordering mistake, or change of mind. Final-sale terms do not exclude remedies required by law or the remedies described below for verified manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or fulfillment errors.
For damage, defects, or an incorrect item, contact customercare@spellavision.com within 30 days after delivery. Include your name, order number, an explanation, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label where applicable. We will assess the information and provide an appropriate resolution—such as replacement, repair, refund, or another remedy—consistent with applicable law and the circumstances. A third-party fulfillment provider's policies may inform the process but do not eliminate the Company's legal obligations.
6. Shipping Estimates, Delays, and Cancellations
An estimated delivery date includes transit and may differ from the date an item is shipped. Production or preparation time, shipment date, and delivery date should be understood separately. All estimates depend on the particular item and destination and are not unconditional guarantees.
We will have a reasonable basis for shipment estimates provided at checkout. For covered online, mail, or telephone merchandise orders, if we cannot ship within the promised shipment period (or within the period applicable by law when none is promised), we will provide the legally required delay notice and choice to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. Where consent is not obtained when required, we will cancel and refund the unshipped merchandise as required by law. Custom or final-sale language does not override these rights.
If we cannot fulfill an order, we may cancel it and issue any refund required by law. Please contact customer care promptly if you believe a shipment has exceeded its stated dispatch timeframe.
7. Shipping Addresses, Returned Packages, and Failed Delivery
Customers must supply a complete, accurate, and accessible delivery address and any information reasonably needed for delivery. We are not ordinarily responsible for additional expense or delay resulting solely from an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccessible address supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.
For packages returned because of a customer-provided address problem, we may offer reshipment at the customer's expense or, when appropriate and lawful, a partial refund reflecting recoverable product value less disclosed, nonrecoverable costs. Custom, personalized, digital, print-on-demand, or non-resellable items may not qualify for a discretionary refund. Any legally required refund will not be reduced contrary to law.
8. Loss, Delivery Scans, and Transit Damage
Tracking may be provided when available. If tracking marks a package delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, parcel lockers, or front-desk personnel and notify the carrier. Also contact customercare@spellavision.com so we can investigate available shipment records and any claim options.
A carrier delivery scan does not automatically eliminate remedies required by law. Responsibility for loss or damage, including the passage of title and risk of loss, will be determined by the order's applicable shipping terms and governing law.
If a shipment arrives damaged, notify customercare@spellavision.com within 30 days after delivery, supplying your name, order number, photographs of the item and packaging, shipping-label images, and relevant carrier information. Keep the item and packaging until we finish reviewing the claim, if reasonably possible. We will evaluate appropriate repair, replacement, refund, or other remedies in accordance with applicable law.
9. Refunds, When Available
Refunds required by law will be processed within the legally applicable deadline. Other refunds approved by us are generally initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval, subject to payment-provider and banking processing times.
Shipping, handling, production, customization, third-party fulfillment, and other nonrecoverable charges may be nonrefundable only to the extent properly disclosed and permitted by law. Approval of a discretionary refund on one occasion does not establish a policy exception for future orders.
10. Payment Questions and Chargebacks
Please contact customercare@spellavision.com if you have a concern about a charge, delivery, or product so that we have an opportunity to resolve it. You remain free to exercise any billing-error, chargeback, or payment-dispute rights available under applicable law and card-network rules.
We may share relevant transaction, correspondence, delivery, and order records with payment processors, financial institutions, or dispute-resolution providers when responding to a dispute, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We may decline future orders involving documented fraud or abuse where legally permitted.
11. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control—such as severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, government actions, labor interruptions, supplier delays, technical outages, or emergencies—except to the extent applicable law requires a cancellation, refund, or other remedy. We will meet all applicable shipment-delay notice and refund obligations notwithstanding such events.
12. Other Terms and Legal Rights
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from delivery disruptions or customer-provided information errors. Nothing in this Policy excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. This Policy should be read with the store's applicable Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
13. Customer Service and Policy Access
For shipping, delivery, damage, refunds, order status, or billing questions, please email: customercare@spellavision.com. Include your name, order number, the item purchased, the email used at checkout, and a concise description of the issue.
This Policy should be accessible from the store footer and presented or linked conspicuously before checkout, especially where products are custom, digital, or final sale. If physical products are sold in person, any required point-of-sale no-refund disclosure must also be provided.
