These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website, including information, text, images, videos, educational materials, program descriptions, downloads, forms, curriculum summaries, Word Stories, symbolic language materials, visual word explorations, and all related content associated with Spell A Vision: Tell A Vision and Breathing New Life into Words.

- Symbolic language explorations, visual word explorations, original interpretations, word-based reflections, and related creative language materials;
- Videos, media materials, educator guides, student-facing materials, student workbooks, lesson plans, teaching notes, scope and sequence materials, handouts, downloads, workshop materials, and presentation materials;
- Text, images, graphics, logos, designs, documents, frameworks, methods, metaphors, phrases, examples, layouts, downloadable resources, and educational or promotional materials; and
- Any related adaptations, revisions, translations, derivative educational formats, publishing formats, media formats, digital formats, and associated creative or instructional materials.
4. Use of Protected Materials
Except for the limited permission expressly stated in these Terms, you may not, without prior written permission:
- copy, reproduce, scan, photograph, record, download in bulk, archive, or store website content except as expressly permitted;

- claim authorship, ownership, partnership, endorsement, authorization, certification, or affiliation that has not been expressly granted in writing.
Nothing on this website grants any license or right to use Spell A Vision materials except as expressly stated in these Terms or in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Soto Solutions Network LLC.
5. Limited Permission for Adult Review
